I will not only train your dog but you as well!
The lessons learned are for a lifetime. Information packets will be given with each lesson and can be referred back to at your leisure.
I have been training privately for over 15 years but wanted to share my love of a well-behaved pet professionally, so I decided to go to The Academy of Pet Careers in St. Charles Missouri to get my certification in Specialized Dog Training. I took two other classes as well and learned Pet Empowerment which is a behavior class, and I also took Pet CPR and First-aid. My certification includes both of these extra classes. I am a force free trainer who uses treats to achieve the desired behaviors and skills with the goal of weaning off treats when the skill is engrained and regularly achieved. My goal is to keep families and pets happy and together in a loving home.
I offer three six-week training packages. The first is basic skills/manners Level 1, the second one being skills/manners Level 2, and the final package is emotional support. I also offer classes in husbandry skills and can just address one behavior if that is needed. I have experience working with special needs pets as well, hearing impaired, physically limited, and visually challenged dogs accepted!
