Real Ceilings originated in 1989 under different leadership under an individual by the name of Art Riehl and continued with purchase of Riehl Ceilings, Inc. in 2015 by Matt Borders. With 25 years of good-standing relationships in the commercial construction industry, the challenge to rebuild and improve an organization was a challenge worth taking.

Since purchase, the companies operations have been modernized and updated to current standards, rebuilding of historical relationships, establishment of new relationships, and recruiting of ambitious personnel to maintain growth objectives of the company. Ross Beaver joined the company in 2018 and was partnered in 2020 after executing strategic initiatives beneficial to the company.
